After installing the 64 bit drivers from the Roxio

First, the 32 bit drivers will not install as I am running a 64 bit system (as expected). It is interesting that the drivers on the Roxio web site do not work on my PC. Maybe I should remove that update and see if it helps. Net Framework 4.5.2 but I have no way of knowing if that might have caused the issue. I am not a PC expert or software developer but I do know my way around to some extent. My computer is an HP with an AMD quad processor and 8G of memory running Windows 8.1. But based on this I ran memory diagnostics which showed nothing and after all my tinkering, I don't receive that error anymore. I have the details but I am not smart enough to understand what it is telling me. Net Framework 4.5.2 saying a program was trying to write When I first started trying to resolve this I did receive an error from. As I mentioned the strange thing is that this device was working, oh and by the way I did a system restore as well. I ran the Microsoft FixIt program which did I have tried multiple USB ports, used 2 VHS players, different cables, run repair, uninstall, install and several diagnostic programs. When I run any one of 3 software packages they say there is no video signal. The drivers appear to be properly installed, at least they say they are working properly but
This is a PC issue because the device does work on my Windows 8.1 laptop.
